Archie Bromley-

Hi, I’m Archie. 

I’m 15 years old and started my archery journey the day after my 8th birthday at Archers of Raunds in Northamptonshire.

At the age of 9 I was accepted onto the National Talent Development Programme after being invited to profile at an ArcheryGB masterclass. In 2019 I was accepted onto the National Age Group Academy and was selected for the Archery GB pilot aspirations conversion academy in 2021.

My proudest moment was representing GBR in my first international tournament in the European Youth Cup in Romania in 2021 at 14 years old.

2022 has been my most successful year in my archery journey.  I have obtained a podium position at every competition I have entered in both junior and senior categories. I am the U16 Double National Outdoor Champion, Archery GB Youth Festival Silver and Bronze Medallist, Junior Masters Highest qualifier and Bronze Medallist, Junior National Indoor Championship Silver Medallist.

I am currently the Senior Recurve Outdoor County Champion for Northamptonshire  and have 42 Northamptonshire County Records and 14 East Midlands Regional Records.

My goals for 2023 is to qualify for at least one international tournament and retain top 3 in every major national tournament.

I am very excited and honoured to be part of the Wales Archery Team and look forward to wearing the shirt on the podium with pride!!
