The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on walesarchery.com (.co.uk)


The placement of an order confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

To receive any of the prices shown on our online catalogue you must place your order online, through this website, and pay by credit or debit card.

Wales Archery have made every effort to make sure the information contained on this website is as accurate as possible, we do not accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience sustained by you as a result of acting on the information provided.
In the event of a pricing error, Wales Archery will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
We also reserve the right to make any adjustments to our pricing to take into account any increase in product costs or the imposition of any taxes or duties.
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to either back order the item, offer an alternative or refund the cost of the item, if a cancellation is required we will require a confirmation of this via an email. 

Wales Archery Specialists reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and refund the money owing at the time of the cancellation.

All prices on walesarchery.com is in UK Pound Sterling.

 

Right to cancel – Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You have the right to cancel this contract (purchasing of goods) within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If the goods are delivered separately, it is when physical possession of the last good is acquired.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us Wales Archery Specialist at Crick Manor, Crick, Nr Caldicot, Monmouthshire, NP26 5XU, telephone number: 01291 420 321 or e-mail address: info@walesarchery.com of your decision to cancel this contract by clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation:

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery if the goods are faulty (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least ex-pensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. Please note, you are solely responsible for the safe return of the goods to us, if you have any queries please contact us before sending. 

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the full goods back.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at Wales Archery Specialist Crick Manor, Crick, Nr Caldicot, Monmouthshire, NP26 5XU without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. 

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please note that some products are exempt, and cannot be returned after processing of your order has begun. Examples of such products include goods made to your specifications or modified from the manufacturer's original specifications by your request. These include, but are not limited to, arrow shafts cut to your length, arrows that have been fletched and custom made bowstrings. Audio, video or computer software in sealed cases cannot be returned if the seal is broken. 

 

Guarantee:

The guarantee period is strictly 12 month's from invoice purchase date, regardless of any warranty replacements.
All products sold are brand new, as supplied directly from the respective manufacturers or distributors, unless purchased from the second Hand page. Products bought from the Second Hand page come with a 30 day guarantee.

 

Damged Items:

If you receive a parcel which is damaged, please mark “Damaged” on the delivery note when signing for the parcel.
If the parcel is signed for as “in good condition” and the damage has not been recorded, the contents cannot be claimed for and the loss will be at the customer's expense.

 

Faulty Goods:

We hope no products becomes faulty, but in the unfortunate situation a product does become faulty within the guarantee period, please e-mail us at info@walesarchery.com, where we will provide you with a Returns Form. We will also discuss the best way to get the product back to us, please do not send anything back without contacting us first. If the product does prove to be faulty, we will refund the return postage or would have arranged a carrier to collect it.
