It is that time again when we would like to say congratulations to everyone for all of their achievements and there have been many.

Congratulations to Penny Kennedy, Scott Stanbury and Chris Pleasants for taking the team gold at the EBHC 2018 in Germany. 

At the Individual events the rankings was as follows.

Penny Kennedy: 1st place ladies Freestyle recurve

Steve Dale: 2nd place Veteran Gents bow hunter

Scott Stanbury: 4th place Gents freestyle recurve

Chris Pleasants: 3rd place Gents freestyle recurve

Congratulations to Ella Gibson, Lucy and Izzy for the team gold and setting a new European record at the European youth championships.

Congratulations to Alex Newnes having a very busy month achievements listed below. 

1st place at the British Field champs at Overton in the gents longbow and obtaining his third Grand master bowmen score shooting his Gary Evans Longbow.

1st place at the UK masters at Lilleshall.

Qualifying first at the GB selection shoot for the European 3D championships shooting the new Ghost Bow. 

1st place in the BUCS championship at Lileshall and setting a new BUCS record.

Congratulations to David Timmins on  a very month shooting gents freestyle recurve.

3rd place at Evsham National Tour stages 2/3.

1st place in the Deer park head to heads.

1st place in the Oxfordshire county champs in the head to heads.

Also congratulations for being selected to represent England at both the home nations match at the British target champs on  August and for the commonwealth Euro-nations in August at Sherwood archers.

Molly Peters

1st place on the Bristol 2 at the Bowmen Of Minchinhampton rose award tournament and setting a new Gloucestershire county and GWAS regional record of 1168.

5th place at the Cheltenham Archers WRS summer tournament beating her personnel best.

Holly Clifford

It has been a busy month for Holly with some fantastic results as you can see below.

Team silver and set a new European cadet record on her first international shoot at the European youth Championships.

Holly became the under 18 British champion at the Junior national outdoor championship.

Took second place at the National Tour Stage 5.
